Creepy Underwater Sculpture Park



(Concierge.com) Just as Halloween has us preoccupied with creepy stuff, an artwork taking shape in the watery depths off the coast of Mexico has us both disturbed and excited.

Just over 30 feet underwater in the Cancún and Isla Mujeres National Marine Park, 400 statues—each based on a real person—have been arranged into the shape of an enormous eye. The work, called The Silent Evolution, is in the Museo Subacuático de Arte, the world's first underwater sculpture park. See more>>
